XSocio Markets is looking to recruit an Account Manager. You will represent XSocio Markets in engaging with new and existing partners in the Broker channel to achieve the delivery of the strategic targets.
Type of Employment: Full time
Promotion of XSocio Markets product, service and engagement within the Broker market.
Evaluate and review brokers to increase market share.
Generate new Broker prospects to XSocio Markets.
Ensuring that broker trading agreements, training and regulatory compliance is strictly adhered to.
Managing our existing intermediary relationships, as well as developing new ones.
Communicating effectively to achieve team and individual targets.
Achieve short term personal goals to assist the company in reaching long term growth plans.
Consistently demonstrate a professional and enthusiastic approach towards both, your personal targets, and your internal team.
Identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong business relationships within client and partnership.
Experience Minimum 1 year within the broker industry.
Ability to communicate successfully with clients on all management levels.
Excellent organisational skills in the areas of time management and work scheduling/prioritisation
Self-motivated and able to multi-task handling multiple priorities
Able to learn new skills quickly and apply them/improve them consistently.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
